Salaries
- Basic Pay: ₹48,480 + 2 advance increments
- Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920
- Additional Benefits: DA, HRA/Lease, PF, Pension (NPS), LFC, Medical, etc.
Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University
- Candidates with qualifications like Medical, Engineering, CA, Cost Accountant, etc. are eligible
- Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank as of 30.04.2025
Selection Process
- Online Test
- Objective Test: 120 marks (2 hours)
- Descriptive Test (Essay & Letter Writing): 50 marks (30 minutes)
- Screening
- Verification of Experience and Job Role relevance
- Interview
- 50 Marks
- Minimum qualifying marks as decided by the Bank
- Language Proficiency Test
- For local language of selected Circle
- Exempted if studied in 10th/12th
- Final Merit
- Online Test (75%) + Interview (25%)
