IOCL Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Details
IOCL Educational Qualification Details:
Educational Qualification: As per IOCL official notification candidate should have completed 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, Graduation from any of the recognized boards or Universities.
- Trade Apprentice (Fitter, Electrician, Electronics & Instrument Mechanic, Machinist): 10th, ITI
- Technician Apprentice: Diploma
- Graduate Apprentice (BBA/BA/B.Com/B.Sc): Graduation
- Trade Apprentice-Data Entry Operator: 12th
IOCL Salary Details:
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act, along with an additional ₹2500/- as miscellaneous expenses.
- Graduate Apprentice: Rs. 4,500 (from BOAT via DBT) + 2,500/-
- Technician Apprentice: Rs. 4,000 (from BOAT via DBT) + 2,500/-
- Trade Apprentice: Full stipend paid by IOCL + 2,500/-
Age Limit: As per the Indian Oil Corporation Limited Recruitment Notification, Candidate should have a minimum age of 18 years and Maximum of 24 years , as on 31-12-2025.
