IDBP Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025 Bank, in collaboration with Manipal Global Education Services (Bengaluru) and Nitte Education International Pvt. Ltd (Greater Noida), invites applications from young, dynamic graduates for its 1-year PGDBF program. Upon successful completion, candidates will be appointed as Junior Assistant Managers (Grade ‘O’) at IDBI Bank.

Salary Details: 

  • During Training: ₹5,000 per month

Qualification Details

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (Final year students may apply but must produce proof of graduation by March 1, 2025).
  • Age Limit (as of March 1, 2025): 20 – 25 years (Relaxation available for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates as per government norms).
  • Computer Proficiency: Required.
  • Regional Language Proficiency: Preferred.
