Salaries
- The stipend will be as per the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992, and as notified by the Government of India from time to time.

- Bio-Statistician: BA/BSc (Maths/Statistics/Economics)
- Lab Technician: DMLT/B.Sc (MLT) & AP Paramedical Board Registration
- Audiometrician: B.Sc (Audiology) or Diploma in Audiometry
- Radiographer: Certificate in CRA/DRGA/DMIT & AP Paramedical Board Registration
- Physiotherapist: BPT & AP Paramedical Board Registration
- Bio-Medical Engineer: B.Tech/M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering
- Theater Assistant: SSC & First Aid Certificate
- Medical Record Assistant: SSC
- Lab Attendant: SSC & Lab Attendant Course
- Electrician: SSC & ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- General Duty Attendant: SSC
- Plumber: SSC & ITI in Plumbing/Fitting/Mechanic
Selection Process
- Merit-Based Selection: Candidates will be selected based on the marks scored in their qualifying examination (ITI, Diploma, or Degree).
- Priority Criteria:
- Land-affected candidates.
- Candidates from mining areas and peripheral villages within 10 KM of IREL, Chavara.
- Wards of serving employees.
- Candidates from Kollam District and Kerala State.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents for verification.
- Medical Examination: Candidates must be declared “Medically Fit” by the company’s Medical Officer.

- Graduate/Technician Apprentices: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
