- Knowledge of the regional language of the state applied for is mandatory
Salary Details:
- Stipend during training: ₹33,300 per month
- Upon successful completion, candidates may be absorbed at ₹37,000 per month in the pay scale of ₹37,000-70,000 plus allowances
- General/OBC candidates: ₹80,000 bond for a minimum 3-year service
- SC/ST candidates: ₹20,000 bond for a minimum 3-year service
Qualification Details Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT)
- Full-time B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree (4 years) from a UGC-recognized university
- Minimum aggregate marks required:
- General/OBC: 60%
- SC/ST: 55%
- Candidates must have completed their B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree in 2022 or later
Age Limit
- 30 years as of 01st March 2025
- Age relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
Language Requirement
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the regional language of the applied state
- Knowledge of Hindi is desirable
Training Period
- 1 Year
Selection Process
- Preliminary Online Test (self-proctored using personal computer/laptop & internet)
- Final Online Test at designated centers across India
- Personal Interview (for shortlisted candidates)
- Medical Examination (as per IFFCO standards)
